Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Green Drops Water Solutions, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not been dispatched.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped or out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer a replacement or return if:

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery.
  • The product is defective or has a "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) issue.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographic evidence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have already been unboxed or installed cannot be returned for a "change of mind."
  • Returns are not accepted for issues caused by improper handling by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected at our Kattappana facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) via the Razorpay gateway.
  • Timeline: Refund credits typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Warranty Claims

For technical issues occurring after the 48-hour return window, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist you in contacting the brand’s service center for repairs or replacements as per their terms.
