3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Service Area: We primarily deliver to Kerala, focusing on Idukki district.
• Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines range between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Local Delivery: Faster delivery may be available for orders within Kattappana.
• Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To comply with payment standards, we maintain the following policy:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched.
• Returns: We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
